Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized software solutions.
- Build dynamic and responsive React components and Java backend services for enterprise case management applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and core API services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Implement event-driven communication using Kafka or other message brokers.
- Build cloud-native Java backend components using OpenShift or AWS.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other functions to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Apply secure coding, unit testing, integration testing, code review, and software quality practices.
- Lead complex assignments, guide team members, influence stakeholders, and contribute to risk and controls activities.
Requirements
- Experience in full-stack development, including dynamic, responsive, and reusable components.
- Experience with enterprise case management lifecycle applications and Java backend server development.
- Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
- Experience with React, React hooks, state management, Redux, or Context API.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Experience building enterprise-grade cloud-native Java components on OpenShift or AWS.
- Experience with Kafka or other message brokers, relational databases, and SQL.
- Basic understanding of Camunda BPM and BPMN 2.0 is valued.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, JUnit, Mockito, Jest, and React Testing Library is valued.
- Ability to lead collaborative assignments, communicate complex information, influence stakeholders, and manage risk and controls.
