Base Salary
$86k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create and lead the technical design and development of software solutions.
- Design software solutions for complex business needs and prepare required technical and procedural documentation.
- Facilitate complex problem resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.
- Review coding, testing, and software documentation.
- Apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
- Experience with Apache Kafka administration and development, including producers, consumers, Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, and Schema Registry.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins and GitHub.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
- Comparable combinations of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Preferred skills include application development, application design, architecture, application testing, technical troubleshooting, release management, quality assurance, data analysis, and financial services.
