Base Salary
$149k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered developer tools, engineering automation, and productivity accelerators using modern AI platforms.
- Build and maintain MDM integrations, MuleSoft services, Airflow workflows, API orchestration layers, event-driven architectures, CDC processes, and batch data pipelines.
- Implement entity resolution, golden record lifecycle management, corporate hierarchy processing, data quality validation, and governance capabilities.
- Integrate third-party data providers including Dun & Bradstreet, Moody's, and Leadspace for data enrichment and hierarchy management.
- Design and optimize data models, database schemas, APIs, and integration patterns for hierarchical, relational, and party data.
- Build production-grade systems with monitoring, alerting, operational supportability, security, testing, and operational readiness.
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement scalable long-term solutions.
- At the LMTS level, define technical strategy, architect end-to-end platforms, lead design reviews, establish engineering standards, and provide technical leadership across engineering and systems integrator teams.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Data Governance, Architecture, Product Owners, TPMs, business stakeholders, and downstream teams across time zones.
Requirements
- A related technical degree is required.
- SMTS candidates require 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, enterprise integration, or MDM platforms.
- LMTS candidates require 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise integration, data engineering, MDM, or large-scale data platform development.
- Experience with AI-assisted development platforms such as Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot and practical generative AI or agentic workflows.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica SaaS MDM and party data models including Account, Contact, Organization, and Supplier.
- Strong development experience with Java, microservices, enterprise integration patterns, MuleSoft, API orchestration, Airflow, ETL/ELT, Kafka or similar event streaming, CDC, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services, SQL, data modeling, database design, and distributed data processing.
- LMTS candidates need deep MDM expertise, architecture and technical strategy experience, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM or Salesforce ecosystem experience, corporate hierarchy data, Python-based data engineering frameworks, data stewardship, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, MCP frameworks, internal developer platforms, and relevant certifications.
