Base Salary
$165k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with utilities and government agencies to integrate payment and relief products.
- Solve complex integration challenges in customer environments.
- Improve Promise’s products based on real-world feedback.
- Travel occasionally to ensure smooth operations and strengthen relationships.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in building and deploying production software.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role balancing empathy with technical rigor.
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, ETL tools, SQL, and React is preferred.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, design, product, delivery, and sales teams.
