Base Salary
$142k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end integration solutions using domain-driven design and API-led approaches.
- Select and apply integration platforms including MuleSoft, SAP BTP, Spring Boot, managed file transfer, ETL, and streaming technologies.
- Create high-level and low-level technical designs using MuleSoft, SAP BTP, Azure API Management, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
- Define and enforce scalability, resiliency, availability, performance, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Guide cloud migration, API transformation, integration platform consolidation, and modernization initiatives.
- Conduct total cost of ownership analysis and recommend cost-effective integration strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver reusable integration patterns.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in integration architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise integration.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing API-led and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on expertise with at least one major integration platform, such as MuleSoft or SAP BTP.
- Understanding of microservices, REST APIs, messaging, ETL, and file-based integrations.
- Experience implementing secure, scalable, and highly available distributed systems.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and architecture review processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Preferred experience with Kafka, IBM MQ, GoAnywhere MFT, Tibco, SAP BODS, Elasticsearch, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, SAP BTP Integration Suite, Azure APIM, Spring Boot with Java, Boomi, event streaming, real-time data pipelines, TCO analysis, platform rationalization, and AI-enabled integration.
- Healthcare, supply chain, or regulated-environment experience and relevant MuleSoft, cloud provider, or architecture certifications are preferred.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation package with base pay of $141,900–$236,500.
- Annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered in addition to base pay.
