Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Dialpad's web and desktop applications using modern technologies.
- Write clear and complete architectural design documents.
- Provide estimates on technical resources and requirements for projects.
- Develop and maintain the WFM web application and services.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with unit tests.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery.
- Support and resolve issues arising from QA and customers.
- Deploy new releases on a weekly cadence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize components and practices.
- Mentor junior engineers to help them grow their skills.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong experience with Python/TypeScript, Vue/React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and GraphQL.
- Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with databases, SQL/NoSQL.
- Experience in building reusable and modular components.
- Proven mentoring experience with junior engineers.
- Experience with agile and iterative development processes.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
