Base Salary
$218k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build world-class, large-scale commercial applications with external product impact.
- Design robust schemas, data layers, scalable systems, and public-facing APIs that support ecosystem growth.
- Develop, test, debug, maintain, and improve production-quality software and service performance.
- Orchestrate multi-step agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle and review agent-generated code and pull requests.
- Balance technical quality with business impact and lead through influence across a globally distributed team.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience architecting and building large-scale commercial applications.
- Hands-on software engineering experience with C#, Java, Python, or React.
- Expertise in distributed systems, OLTP/OLAP data layers, high-scale systems, programming language paradigms, schema design, and public-facing APIs.
- Proficiency with AI-native development, including GitHub Copilot CLI, coding agents, Markdown specifications and ADRs, YAML configurations, multi-step agentic workflows, and review of agent-generated code and pull requests.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and scalable systems.
- Experience building, testing, debugging, and maintaining production-quality software and driving AI-, LLM-, or ML-based engineering solutions.
- Experience with workflow engines, orchestration, structured and unstructured data or document processing, user experiences, and agentic automation is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, technical judgment, service-performance improvement, product thinking, and influence-based leadership skills.
