Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Discuss reporting needs with business users and design dashboards and reports for leadership, business groups, and general users.
- Translate business reporting requirements into technical reporting and dashboard specifications.
- Advise business users and technical teams on effective report and dashboard implementation.
- Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics to support business requirements.
- Establish standards and best practices for dataflow, lens, dashboard development, and deployment.
- Define operations and data refresh standards aligned with global data strategy.
- Collaborate with customers, technical teams, and the AI team as a customer-facing resource.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform in a technical application capacity.
- End-to-end project implementation experience, including integrations with SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture and integration architecture.
- Understanding of CI/CD solutions and PaaS and IaaS platforms including Heroku, AWS, and Azure.
- Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications.
- Full English proficiency and ability to travel internationally.
- Strong communication, stakeholder influence, flexibility, organization, and prioritization skills.
