Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, and consulting of Azure-based solutions.
- Gather requirements, design solutions, scope projects, estimate effort, and coordinate technical delivery.
- Delegate and manage technical tasks across onshore and offshore teams while monitoring progress and removing blockers.
- Identify risks, propose mitigations, and communicate project status and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and deliver audience-tailored presentations to clients.
- Support proposals, business development, and solution design discussions.
- Mentor team members, share knowledge, and contribute technical thought leadership.
- Define standards for low- to medium-complexity solutions and promote scalable, reliable, and observable architectures.
- Maintain utilization, submit timesheets, and complete forecasting activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience leading consulting projects.
- At least 3 years of Agile delivery experience.
- Proven experience across multiple Azure domains, including areas such as compute, APIs, DevOps, data, and AI.
- Strong background in software engineering and solution architecture.
- Expertise in Azure-based compute, data, and integration architectures.
- Knowledge of performance, scalability, reliability, observability, and application-centric identity and access management.
- Strong written, verbal, visual communication, presentation, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Microsoft Azure certifications, including AZ-204 and AZ-400; AZ-102 is recommended.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
