Base Salary
$176k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build the pre-CRM lead nurturing pipeline that moves leads from cold to warm to hot before agent assignment.
- Own and operate the AWS Connect integration for human-assisted concierge experiences.
- Build automated escalation, retry, and re-engagement workflows for unclaimed leads.
- Develop lead readiness scoring based on behavioral signals and conversion predictions.
- Architect automated nurture sequences across SMS, email, and voice channels.
- Collaborate with data and ML teams to incorporate behavioral signals and conversion predictions.
- Build scalable, fault-tolerant, well-tested microservices and operate them with monitoring, resiliency, documentation, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 7 years of experience developing comprehensive, well-tested, high-performance software applications.
- Experience with Go and Java, plus Python or NodeJS development.
- Experience with gRPC, Thrift, and other server-to-server communication protocols.
- Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems for stateful automation pipelines and re-engagement flows.
- At least 3 years using AWS or other cloud technologies.
- High proficiency designing and implementing scalable, fault-tolerant, well-tested microservices.
- Experience with Scrum or Agile development methodologies.
- Preferred experience with AWS Connect, Twilio Flex, Genesys, or similar contact-center platforms.
- Preferred familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms and lead lifecycle systems.
- Preferred experience building automated outreach pipelines across SMS, email, and voice channels.
- Preferred experience with lead scoring or ML-based ranking models.
- Preferred experience with Twilio, Sinch, Amazon Pinpoint, or similar communication platforms.
- Preferred real estate or proptech domain knowledge.
- Preferred familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar agentic AI frameworks.
- Preferred experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock into production systems.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and operational excellence skills.
