Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and event-driven solutions with Apache Kafka.
- Optimize database performance through Hibernate/JPA, data modeling, advanced SQL, and database tuning.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Deploy and support applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to deliver backend solutions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise application development.
- Strong experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Experience designing and building large-scale, high-performance distributed applications.
- Expertise in Hibernate/JPA, data modeling, advanced SQL, and database tuning.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools, cloud-native and containerized enterprise environments, and application performance monitoring or observability tools is preferred.
