Responsibilities
- Discuss reporting needs with business users and design dashboards and reports for leadership, business groups, and general users.
- Translate business reporting requirements into technical reporting and dashboard specifications.
- Advise business users and technical teams on effective report and dashboard development approaches.
- Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics to support business requirements.
- Establish standards and best practices for dataflow, lens, dashboard development, and deployment.
- Define operations and refresh standards aligned with the global data strategy.
- Support end-to-end customer implementations and integrations with enterprise applications.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform in a technical application capacity.
- Experience with end-to-end project implementation and integrations with SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of multi-tenant and integration architecture.
- Understanding of PaaS and IaaS platforms, including Heroku, AWS, and Azure.
- Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications.
- Full English proficiency and ability to travel internationally.
- Strong communication, stakeholder influence, flexibility, organization, and prioritization skills.
