Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and execution strategy across the full stack for major platform initiatives.
- Independently own and deliver complex products end-to-end.
- Drive the migration strategy for full-stack features from legacy systems to modern applications.
- Architect robust RESTful/GraphQL APIs and server-side components.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and enforce high standards for code quality.
- Troubleshoot complex production incidents and drive systemic improvements.
- Mentor and guide engineers across full-stack technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience in enterprise-grade software.
- Deep expertise in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like React.
- Experience with distributed job processing and event-driven architectures.
- Proven track record in designing and maintaining RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms and microservice architectures.
- Exposure to Identity & Access Management concepts and directory services.
- Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end architecture and mentor team members.
