Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based services, APIs, integration layers, connectors, and customer-specific automations.
- Build data ingestion, transformation, and validation pipelines supporting AI and ML workflows.
- Integrate ML pipelines, LLM components, retrieval systems, RAG pipelines, embedding workflows, and NLP modules into customer environments.
- Deploy services on Azure, AWS, and GCP and ensure reliability, observability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Own end-to-end technical implementation for enterprise accounts in partnership with Customer Success and Solutions teams.
- Provide guidance on architecture, best practices, scalable patterns, and delivery trade-offs.
- Participate in code reviews, document implementation workflows and troubleshooting playbooks, mentor junior team members, and contribute to internal tooling and automation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience and at least 2 years of Python coding experience.
- Strong understanding of backend fundamentals, microservices, distributed systems, APIs, web frameworks, and RESTful architectures.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django and with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, cross-functional collaboration, planning, and delivery skills.
- Preferred experience with AI/ML/NLP pipelines, LLMs, RAG applications, Java, text processing, or agentic implementations.
- Preferred knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, Kafka, RabbitMQ, CI/CD tools, and automation frameworks.
- Startup or scale-up experience, open-source contributions, or technical writing experience are advantageous.
