Responsibilities
- Develop the BytePlus website, PRM, AI application, and growth platform.
- Participate in technical design and drive implementation of platform solutions.
- Address key technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Resolve online emergencies, maintain service stability, and improve user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a computer-related major.
- At least five years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Golang, C++, or JavaScript, along with relevant framework toolchains.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP and HTTP protocols and middleware such as MySQL, Redis, and Kafka.
- Understanding of distributed systems and microservice frameworks, with strong system architecture capabilities.
- Experience in a large-scale internet business is preferred.
- AI application development experience is preferred.
- Strong teamwork, proactive attitude, and self-motivation are preferred.
