Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Java-based microservices architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Participate in code reviews and promote adherence to best practices.
Analyze and optimize application code for efficiency and performance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive microservices documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software development with Java.
Proven experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience or knowledge with Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful APIs, Jenkins, Git, NoSQL databases, and Kafka.
