Responsibilities
- Administer and support Confluent Kafka environments.
- Provide administrative support and practical troubleshooting for initiatives onboarding to Kafka.
- Assist teams with Kafka solution development and testing.
- Support production issue resolution.
- Provide basic solution architecture and operational guidance.
- Support Kafka developers and provide practical guidance to delivery teams.
- Engage with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting Confluent Kafka environments.
- Good working knowledge of Confluent Kafka administration, basic solution architecture, and operations.
- Experience supporting Kafka developers through onboarding, solution development, testing, and production issue resolution.
- Experience with Confluent Schema Registry and Avro is highly preferred.
- Experience with Confluent Cloud is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
