Responsibilities
- Serve as a team member on customer projects, focusing on design, architecture, integration, implementation, and documentation.
- Provide case-initiated consultative support to strategic users, customers, and prospects.
- Assist with architectural, technical, and migration tasks.
- Handle L1 to L3 support cases when not assigned to customer projects.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to contribute to product roadmaps.
- Develop and assist with documentation, knowledge base articles, and other content.
- Mentor new team members and assist with hiring.
- Be available for on-call support and regional travel.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, or Project Management.
- 5+ years of experience with scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed database management systems.
- Technical expertise in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, and distributed systems.
- Experience leading large scope technical projects with multiple engineers.
- Expertise with a public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
