Base Salary

$70k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop production agentic integrations in Python using multiple AI models, APIs, and data sources.
Build tools and agentic workflows with PydanticAI, LangGraph, and DeepAgents.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cyber analysts to identify automation opportunities and translate operational workflows into technical solutions.
Design and implement real-time analytics pipelines using Apache Kafka and Elasticsearch.
Maintain and troubleshoot a production-grade agentic platform.

Strong Python software development proficiency.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining production applications serving hundreds to thousands of users.
Understanding of prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, and tool or function calling.
Experience developing resilient, scalable stream-processing applications with modern messaging and event-streaming platforms.
Experience using AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and automation.
At least 3 years of experience and a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or four additional years of experience in place of the degree.
Preferred qualifications include agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration, cybersecurity or security operations knowledge, AWS and Kubernetes deployments, GitLab CI/CD automation, retrieval systems, cybersecurity datasets, SIGINT systems, and CNO operations experience.
