Base Salary

$142k - $181k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, maintain, and support enterprise-scale Rights Management applications.
  • Lead complex features, technical initiatives, and software enhancements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and test automation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, test failures, and production issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop technical solutions, and support software delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and guidance on engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong SQL expertise, including database objects, relational database concepts, stored procedures, query optimization, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in Java and JVM languages, including hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Integration, and other Spring frameworks.
  • Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including continuous integration, unit and integration testing, functional testing, code reviews, and documentation.
  • Experience designing, building, and integrating APIs.
  • Knowledge of OAuth, authentication, authorization, and access management.
  • Practical experience with AWS services including S3, RDS, messaging, VPC, and related infrastructure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software, electrical or electronics, or a comparable field, with equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred experience with data integration, event-driven architecture, publish/subscribe messaging, application monitoring, object-oriented and functional programming, Agile methodologies, AWS infrastructure, Kafka, Apache Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, serverless computing, and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, time management, and complex problem-solving skills.
