Responsibilities
- Support Services scoping in pre-sales to align with proposed solution architecture.
- Design end-to-end Celonis solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments.
- Define technical blueprints for platform integration with customer systems.
- Make architectural trade-off decisions with clear rationale tied to customer outcomes.
- Own solution quality and outcome delivery, conducting design reviews.
- Design AI deployment agent workflows and set standards for AI output validation.
- Serve as a senior technical advisor to strategic customers, building trusted relationships.
- Translate customer challenges into Celonis platform strategies and success metrics.
- Guide customers through their Process Intelligence maturity journey.
- Collaborate with Deployment Engineers on delivery projects for complex use cases.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in process domains or industry verticals.
- Contribute to hiring and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership.
- At least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility.
- Proven ability to design complex, multi-component solutions.
- Expert-level knowledge of the Celonis platform and its components.
- Demonstrated ability to design AI-augmented delivery workflows.
- Deep knowledge in at least one major process domain or industry vertical.
- Track record of building trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to raise team performance and mentor technical staff.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
