Base Salary
$130k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build adopted dashboards, data pipelines, and operations applications for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Improve existing revenue-team AI agents and create new skills, integrations, and autonomous workflows with measurable outcomes.
- Build marketing tools that demonstrate pipeline drivers and increase Marketing’s output.
- Develop sales tools for post-call follow-up, demo environments, research, prospecting, enrichment, competitive battlecards, and trusted pipeline data.
- Create partner and customer operations workflows for health reporting, onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
- Document shipped work, the problem it solved, and who adopted it, while validating results against live systems.
Requirements
- Have built at least one AI agent and one automated workflow that someone used.
- Use Claude Code, Cursor, or a comparable agentic tool for research, specification, building, and validation, or be willing to become AI-native.
- Translate business problems into technical solutions and evaluate work based on user adoption.
- Demonstrate curiosity, systems thinking, intellectual honesty, strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, documentation habits, and follow-through.
- Preferred experience includes building production internal tools with AI coding agents, maintaining a production side project or internal tool, knowing when to use no-code versus code, and familiarity with HR technology, compensation, or people analytics.
