Base Salary
$240k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Apply AI agents across the staffing pipeline to automate sourcing, vetting, matching, and worker placement.
- Architect and lead core systems including real-time matching and ML- and agent-powered vetting pipelines.
- Own the platform architecture and make key decisions about its future scalability.
- Drive backend performance, reliability, and scale.
- Partner with the CTO, lead projects, and establish standards for building with AI-assisted tooling.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with TypeScript/Node.js or Python, PostgreSQL, and Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Deep full-stack experience building performant and scalable applications, including APIs, data modeling, query optimization, and distributed systems.
- Track record of shipping and leading projects at scale with high velocity.
- Experience building or integrating AI/LLM systems in production is preferred.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and provide technical direction in an early-stage environment.
