Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Operate and optimize production Kubernetes clusters, including autoscaling and capacity planning with Karpenter.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployment.
- Deploy and operate Kafka, Redis, NGINX, and other middleware platforms.
- Automate operational tasks using Golang and Python.
- Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing.
- Support platform reliability, scalability, security, and disaster recovery.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and participate in on-call and incident response rotations.
- Collaborate with software engineers to improve deployment processes and developer experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience managing production Kubernetes environments and using Karpenter for autoscaling and node lifecycle management.
- Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Experience administering Linux systems and understanding networking fundamentals.
- Experience operating Kafka, Redis, or NGINX.
- Strong scripting and programming skills in Golang or Python.
- Experience with Git, GitOps workflows, and CI/CD platforms.
- Understanding of observability tools such as Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes container technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience includes blockchain infrastructure, Web3 platforms, blockchain nodes, RPC services, validators, indexing services, distributed consensus systems, multi-region or multi-cloud deployments, service meshes, security and compliance practices, and large-scale distributed systems.
