Responsibilities
- Own and improve Reducto’s CLI, MCP server, SDKs, and other agent-facing integration points
- Build integrations with coding assistants, orchestration frameworks, cloud marketplaces, and other agent ecosystems
- Improve the Python and TypeScript SDKs with clear type signatures, predictable error handling, and effective documentation
- Define and track metrics for agent discovery, adoption, drop-off, and integration friction
- Write documentation, build example projects, and design API surfaces that streamline integration
- Monitor developments in agentic tooling and maintain Reducto’s presence across major ecosystems
- Identify and build internal automation using LLMs and agentic workflows
Requirements
- At least two years of software engineering experience
- Strong Python and TypeScript skills
- Fluency with AI agents, agent frameworks, MCP servers, or LLM tool-use patterns
- Understanding of what makes developer tools and APIs intuitive and effective
- Ability to take ownership from strategy through execution
- Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup is a bonus
- Experience building or maintaining developer SDKs, CLIs, or API tooling is a bonus
- Familiarity with MCP, Claude Code, OpenAI Agents SDK, sandboxes, or similar frameworks is a bonus
- Open-source developer tools contributions are a bonus
