Responsibilities
- Own Reducto's agent-facing surfaces including CLI, MCP server, and SDKs.
- Build integrations with platforms and frameworks used by AI agents.
- Enhance Python and TypeScript SDKs for better usability.
- Define and track metrics around agent usage of Reducto.
- Minimize integration friction from discovery to production usage.
- Stay updated on evolving agent frameworks and tooling.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong skills in Python and TypeScript.
- Experience with developer tools and APIs.
- Fluency in AI agent frameworks and tool-use patterns.
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
- Strong ownership from strategy to execution.
