Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents that outperform human agents in managing complex customer interactions.
- Identify cross-customer trends to guide the evolution of Decagon’s agent building platform.
- Experiment with and evaluate the latest text and voice models for integration with enterprise-grade customers.
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency with Python, Typescript, and asynchronous programming.
- Comfortable with diagnosing system failures within complex technology stacks.
- Experience with multi-modal models is a plus.
