Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents that manage complex customer interactions and drive customer retention.
- Own AI agent work from initial implementation through continuous iteration and scalable deployment.
- Identify cross-customer trends that inform the evolution of the agent-building platform and research efforts.
- Experiment with and evaluate text and voice models, then integrate them at scale for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate directly with customer and industry leaders to develop reliable, intuitive solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, and asynchronous programming.
- Comfort diagnosing system failures across deep technology stacks using appropriate tools.
- Prior experience working with multimodal models is preferred.
