Base Salary
$166k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and improve the engineering platform used for development, testing, and deployment.
- Automate operational workflows and improve system reliability.
- Contribute to builder tools and CI/CD infrastructure to enhance developer experience.
- Maintain high uptime and operational excellence in production environments.
- Mentor teammates and help evolve the platform's architecture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience building and operating distributed systems in AWS or other cloud environments.
- Proficiency in a statically typed, compiled language such as Go, Rust, C++, or Java.
- Strong understanding of operational problems as engineering challenges.
- Passion for developer experience and scalable systems design.
