Responsibilities

Advise clients on industry best practices and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
Gather requirements and act as a Salesforce platform expert.
Design, architect, and build Agentforce-powered user experiences.
Develop client strategies and roadmaps covering quick wins and longer-term goals.
Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce and generative AI solutions.
Provide input on detailed designs, infrastructure, and project plans.
Lead cross-functional teams in creating rich end-user experiences.
Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.
Stay current with new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.

At least 3 years of customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping experience.
At least 5 years of CRM industry experience.
Experience driving requirements gathering and designing or optimizing business processes across disparate systems.
Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
Experience writing generative AI prompts.
Hands-on experience with Agentforce or another generative AI platform, or with Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action.
Ability to connect business outcomes to return on investment through storytelling.
Comfort using flow-charting tools such as Lucidchart.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and learn new technologies.
Preferred: experience defining robust testing approaches for generative AI solutions.
