Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Grow's internal AI control plane and tooling ecosystem.
- Build autonomous agents to solve common engineering problems.
- Create reusable, production-ready AI workflows and department-specific copilots.
- Conduct workflow discovery sessions to identify AI opportunities.
- Partner with Security, Legal, and Data teams to ensure compliance and security.
- Provide documentation and enablement sessions to drive AI adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or infrastructure roles.
- Hands-on experience building AI-enabled systems.
- Experience designing and maintaining internal platforms or developer tooling.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with security, data governance, and reliability best practices.
