Base Salary

$87k - $266k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Define customer requirements and propose and deliver solutions for Sales processes.
  • Own the overall design success and architecture of Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
  • Configure scalable Salesforce solutions using platform tools such as Process Builder and Visual Flows.
  • Lead development teams through design, development, QA, deployment, and launch.
  • Partner with artificial intelligence teams to create innovative Salesforce solutions.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members on implementation best practices.
  • Interface directly with Salesforce to develop new solution perspectives.
  • Support pre-sales activities through industry perspectives, demonstrations, and deal execution.
  • Create thought leadership content for the Sales Transformation practice.
  • Develop expertise in new Salesforce features and major launches.

Requirements

  • At least five years of project experience in a hands-on position.
  • At least ten Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation experiences.
  • At least five years of Salesforce development or configuration experience.
  • Understanding of Sales, Sales Operations, Product, and Business Operations, including complex use cases across the Salesforce Platform.
  • Understanding of release management, application lifecycle management, development lifecycles, deployment best practices, and governance.
  • Client-facing experience with pre-sales, project ownership, discovery and design, customer solution options, and enterprise application architecture.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its architecture.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring Salesforce talent is preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications are preferred, especially Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Lightning Consultant certifications.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, adaptability, and flexibility.
