Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and scoping sessions with sales and client teams to understand business requirements.
- Architect customer solutions and provide best-practice recommendations during client engagements.
- Create Statements of Work and proposed solutions covering requirements, deliverables, schedules, tasks, and pricing.
- Partner with product, implementation, sales, and engineering teams to identify issues, close gaps, and improve the SOW process.
- Translate client requirements and program characteristics for internal stakeholders and align goals with product and implementation methodology.
- Help develop department methodologies and tools to improve quality and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
- Identify process improvements and technical solutions using strong technical acumen.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting, or 5 years of IT project management experience in a SaaS business.
- Experience with CX, CCaaS, and/or UCaaS solutions.
- Experience creating and managing Web Services using REST, SOAP, and WSDL.
- Proven track record managing and delivering IT projects for enterprise companies.
- Strong consulting approach and ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and client discretion.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Software implementation or coding experience is a plus.
- Salesforce and other CRM experience is preferred.
