Base Salary
$176k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build pre-CRM nurturing pipelines that move leads from cold to warm to hot before agent assignment.
- Own and operate the AWS Connect integration for human-assisted concierge experiences.
- Build automated escalation, retry, and re-engagement workflows for unclaimed leads.
- Develop lead readiness scoring using behavioral signals and conversion predictions.
- Architect automated nurture sequences across SMS, email, and voice channels.
- Collaborate with data and ML teams and operate scalable, fault-tolerant, well-monitored software systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience developing comprehensive, well-tested, and high-performance software applications.
- Experience with Go, Java, Python, or NodeJS.
- Experience with gRPC, Thrift, and other server-to-server communication protocols.
- Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems for stateful automation and re-engagement pipelines.
- At least 3 years of experience using AWS or other cloud technologies.
- High proficiency designing and implementing well-tested, fault-tolerant, and scalable microservices.
- Understanding of software development and architecture best practices, testing, resiliency, monitoring, documentation, and operational excellence.
- Experience with Scrum or Agile development methodologies and strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
- Preferred experience with AWS Connect, Twilio Flex, Genesys, CRM systems, automated outreach pipelines, lead scoring or ML-based ranking, Twilio, Sinch, Amazon Pinpoint, real estate or proptech, agentic AI frameworks, and LLM or AI API integrations.
