Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend infrastructure and APIs.
- Write robust, readable, scalable, high-quality code.
- Work effectively in ambiguous situations and contribute to team progress.
- Encourage knowledge sharing within the team and external groups.
- Work in an agile environment focused on key client deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Python experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
- At least 2 years of experience with caching technologies such as Redis or Memcached.
- At least 1 year of experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 3 years of work experience, or a master’s degree with more than 3 years of software development experience.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis, object-oriented design, and large-scale data-intensive application design.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including communication with technical and business audiences globally.
- Preferred experience with Django or Flask, Linux, Bash, JSON, cloud computing systems, and loan lifecycle knowledge.
