Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Implement complex architecture in collaboration with enterprise architects while contributing hands-on to development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile environments to align technical solutions with business priorities.
  • Translate ambiguous requirements into maintainable technical solutions using sound engineering judgment.
  • Own critical components and drive performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical leadership.
  • Apply best practices in testing, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, REST APIs, real-time streaming architectures, and microservices architecture patterns.
  • Experience delivering cloud-native applications on AWS or other major cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or DocumentDB.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and deployment automation.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps tooling, including tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
  • Experience writing, testing, and validating code for quality and reliability.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across architecture, engineering, and product teams.
  • Experience in FinTech or regulated enterprise-scale environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to LLM workflows or integrating ML models into production systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with scalable messaging platforms such as Kafka or other streaming technologies is preferred.
