Responsibilities
- Partner with the SVP of Sales for the Americas to develop and execute technical sales strategy supporting net-new logos and ARR expansion.
- Serve as executive technical sponsor for high-value strategic deals and build relationships with customer C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Solution Engineering Managers and their frontline teams.
- Own regional talent strategy, hiring plans, and resource allocation across North America and Latin America.
- Define and optimize regional pre-sales KPIs, discovery methodologies, and demo standards.
- Represent field feedback to Product Management and Engineering and influence product roadmap priorities.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives to architect enterprise solutions for customer experience automation.
- Drive market leadership across commercial, enterprise, and strategic customer segments.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience leading enterprise pre-sales or Solutions Engineering organizations in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- At least 5+ years of experience managing frontline Solutions Engineering Managers.
- 10+ years of deep experience in Contact Center as a Service, customer service software, or customer experience.
- Proven success supporting complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise sales cycles and achieving regional ARR and net-new growth targets.
- Experience managing or expanding pre-sales operations across North America and Latin America.
- Strong executive presence and ability to translate technical concepts into business value for C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical enterprise technical experience.
- Knowledge of AI, Workforce Engagement Management, and Business Intelligence is highly preferred.
- LATAM market knowledge and experience navigating cross-cultural, multi-region operations are strong advantages.
