Base Salary
$117k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the core Kubernetes-based Nexus Dashboard infrastructure for high availability and performance.
- Manage automated installation, configuration, deployment, and inline upgrades for multi-node clusters across physical and virtual form factors.
- Develop infrastructure services for backup and restore, anomaly detection, audit logging, reliability, and observability.
- Implement centralized authentication and authorization and end-to-end certificate lifecycle management for cluster and microservice communications.
- Optimize platform scalability and resource efficiency in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Design and implement robust test plans covering software quality, reliability, and use-case coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or a master’s degree and 3 years of related experience.
- Programming experience with Go and Python, including AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience rapidly prototyping AI solutions and engineering AI workflows and agents.
- Experience developing, deploying, and managing microservices on Kubernetes-based orchestration platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing comprehensive software test plans.
- Preferred: proficiency with Linux system internals, including process management, file systems, and networking.
- Preferred: understanding of distributed databases and messaging systems such as PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and Kafka.
- Preferred: experience with CI/CD pipelines.
