Responsibilities
- Execute the full software development lifecycle, including integrations and enhancements to Feedzai’s core product.
- Develop custom Java inbound and outbound interfaces, extensions, and modules for the Fraud Analysis platform.
- Install, configure, customize, deploy, and support client solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Integrate software components, troubleshoot and upgrade existing systems, and ensure proper feature deployments and product upgrades.
- Provide second-tier support for live clients and help manage integration and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, data scientists, project managers, fraud analysts, and engineers to translate needs into requirements and deliver solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members while promoting software development best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Computer Science, a comparable degree, or equivalent work experience.
- At least four years of extensive Java software development experience.
- Knowledge of thread and JVM memory management in high-performance systems.
- Client engagement experience and the ability to act as a consultant to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with ZooKeeper, RabbitMQ, Cassandra, Ansible, Docker, and databases is preferred.
