Responsibilities

Lead and own the technical solution design for complete Agentforce implementations.
Design Agentforce topics, instructions, actions, automation, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
Analyze Agentforce capabilities and limitations to develop novel solutions that drive business outcomes.
Collaborate with customers, project managers, solution architects, developers, and UX designers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Oversee and contribute to the full project lifecycle from initial design through development, testing, and deployment.
Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.

At least 6 years of application and software development experience.
At least 4 years of Salesforce development experience.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to Python, Java, C#, or other modern coding languages.
Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical details to varied audiences.
Experience with source control and branching or pull-request strategies.
Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
Experience with Agentic AI systems and generative AI capabilities is preferred.
Additional Salesforce certifications, especially Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist, are preferred.

Remote or in-person work options, including work from the Massachusetts headquarters or regional hubs.
Potential travel commitment of up to 25% for applicable roles.
