Responsibilities

Define customer requirements and propose and deliver solutions for Sales processes.
Own architecture and configure scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
Configure Salesforce solutions using Process Builder, Visual Flows, and other platform tools.
Lead development teams through solution design, development, QA, and launch.
Partner with the Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions.
Coach and mentor junior team members on Salesforce delivery best practices.
Interface with Salesforce to develop new solution perspectives.
Support pre-sales activities through industry perspectives, demos, and deal execution.
Create thought leadership content for the Sales Transformation practice.
Keep current with new Salesforce features and major product launches.

At least 5 years of project experience in a hands-on position.
Experience with more than 10 Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
At least 5 years of Salesforce development or configuration experience.
Understanding of Sales, Sales Operations, Product, and Business Operations, including complex Salesforce use cases.
Knowledge of release management, application lifecycle management, development lifecycle, deployment best practices, and governance.
Client-facing experience in pre-sales, project ownership, discovery and design, customer solution options, and enterprise application architecture.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform architecture.
Experience coaching and mentoring Salesforce talent is preferred.
Salesforce certifications are preferred, especially CPQ, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Lightning Consultant certifications.

Remote or in-person work options are available, including work from the Massachusetts headquarters or regional hubs.
The role may require up to 25% travel.
