Base Salary
$167k - $291k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build clean, scalable, reusable software while applying software architecture and engineering best practices.
- Own software through design, implementation, automated testing, and delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers to define customer-focused features.
- Partner with architects and quality engineers to shape product design and improve quality and performance.
- Develop new product features and enhance existing offerings.
- Mentor peers and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
- Build and operate analytical data solutions, distributed pipelines, dashboards, and reports.
- Troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance across the stack.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering high-quality products.
- Hands-on experience with columnar or analytical data stores, including schema design, partitioning, and query optimization.
- Experience building and operating distributed data pipelines for high-volume ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Experience creating dashboards and analytical reports.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Experience with Angular, React, or Vue.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of software quality principles including reliability, observability, and production readiness.
- Experience with AI-powered tools or workflows, including dataset validation, model predictions, and inference consistency.
- Comfort using IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems.
- Ability to apply critical thinking to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

- Base pay of $166,500-$291,400, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.
