Salesforce Technical Architect, AI and Agentforce

Responsibilities

Lead and own the technical design of complete Agentforce solutions.
Design Agentforce topics, instructions, actions, automation, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
Analyze Agentforce limits and boundaries to develop novel solutions for business outcomes.
Collaborate with customers, project managers, solution architects, developers, and UX designers.
Oversee and contribute to design, development, testing, and final deployment across the project lifecycle.
Track new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.

6+ years of experience in application and software development.
4+ years of experience developing with Salesforce.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to Python, Java, or C#.
Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical details to varied audiences.
Experience with source control and branching/pull request strategies.
Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
Preferred experience with agentic AI systems and generative AI capabilities.
Additional Salesforce certifications are preferred, especially Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist.

Remote and in-person work options are available through the Massachusetts headquarters and regional hubs.
