Responsibilities
- Lead and own the technical design of complete Agentforce solutions.
- Design Agentforce topics, instructions, actions, automation, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
- Analyze Agentforce limits and boundaries to develop novel solutions for business outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers, project managers, solution architects, developers, and UX designers.
- Oversee and contribute to design, development, testing, and final deployment across the project lifecycle.
- Track new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
- 4+ years of experience developing with Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical details to varied audiences.
- Experience with source control and branching/pull request strategies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
- Preferred experience with agentic AI systems and generative AI capabilities.
- Additional Salesforce certifications are preferred, especially Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist.
