Base Salary
$141k - $173k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions and agentic product experiences.
- Develop and optimize backend services, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and data solutions.
- Contribute to architecture and design decisions for highly available, secure, and scalable systems.
- Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across technology stacks.
- Ensure operational excellence and a strong customer experience for team-owned products and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience building cloud-based applications and infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Proficiency with Kafka, Elasticsearch, and AWS.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, scalability, availability, and reliability.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, 8+ years of experience, agentic or AI solution development, event-driven architecture, financial services or card payments experience, Docker, Kubernetes, API security, PCI DSS, legacy-system improvement, Java or C# backend development, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, OData, SQL, and internet-scale services.
- Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills.

- Base pay range of $140,600.00 to $173,100.00, with non-sales roles typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus.
