Responsibilities

Act as a customer thought leader and oversee deliverable quality, engagement performance, teams, and day-to-day customer relationships.
Drive innovation in solution delivery capabilities, enterprise delivery methodology, and reusable assets.
Provide executive-level business consulting and pre-sales support in partnership with the Sales team.
Advise customers on solution tradeoffs, business processes, architecture, IT operating models, and cost-benefit considerations.
Lead solution delivery, program management, team formation, SOW writing, proposal review, contract negotiation, and business operations.
Maintain applicable CLM certifications, contribute at a company leadership level, and represent NeuraFlash in the CLM community.
Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.

Experience with at least eight implementations using Ironclad, Salesforce Contracts, Conga CLM, or DocuSign CLM/IAM.
Prior experience as a Solution Architect with Ironclad, Conga CLM, or DocuSign CLM/IAM.
At least five years of experience selling and delivering business solutions on CLM platforms, with the ability to explain delivery approaches for projects and clients of different sizes and scales.
At least three DocuSign and/or Ironclad certifications.
Experience across services delivery, software development, and testing lifecycles, including expert project delivery and program management.
Experience managing established technology and product departments using mature program management processes and Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience building project and program teams and organizing programs for success.
Demonstrated experience writing SOWs, reviewing client proposals, and negotiating contracts.
Expert business operations experience, including invoicing, SOWs, margins, and utilization.
Background or relevant education in Operations, Legal, and Contracting.
Ironclad and DocuSign CLM/IAM experience is preferred; strong communication, client-facing, mentoring, leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills are also preferred.

Remote or in-person work options are available from the Massachusetts headquarters, regional hubs, or remotely.
Anticipated travel commitment is up to 25%.
