Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust distributed software systems at scale.
- Serve as the technical lead and domain expert for the new Identity and Non-Human Identity Security offering.
- Partner closely with product management to align technical architecture with business objectives.
- Build data pipelines to analyze and evaluate non-human identity tokens and permissions.
- Design extensible architectures optimized for high integration velocity with SaaS platforms.
- Take end-to-end technical accountability for system design and performance in production.
- Act as a technical multiplier and mentor, conducting design reviews and setting engineering standards.
- Drive continuous innovation to address complex security challenges.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend architectures.
- Proven track record of designing and operating production-grade, cloud-native backend systems.
- Experience building cloud-native products on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong experience with distributed architectures using messaging and streaming frameworks.
- Proficient in database modeling and SQL query experience.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and gRPC services.
- Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming models and production programming languages.
- Strong system design judgment and mentoring capabilities.
- Experience in the Cybersecurity domain, specifically IAM, is an advantage.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
